The “dancer’s body” workout! Designed to help you develop a longer, leaner body using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition. Define and lift the hips, thighs and glutes, sculpt the abs, tone and shape the arms! The format includes light weights for upper body, barre work for lower body, mat work for abs. Are you confused by all the nutrition information that seems to contradict itself every day? Nutrition 101 is a course that will teach you the fundamentals of health and wellness so you can navigate through the fad diets, fancy exercise plans and snake oil salespeople. Dan Mezzina is a NESTA certified Fitness Nutrition Coach and Sports Nutrition Specialist with years of experience coaching everyone from athletes to the office worker. He will guide you through meal planning methods, sleep optimization, how to shop and more!! Instructor:  DAN MEZZINA

Pilates is a series of precise movements that work together to develop a strong core.  It is a total body workout that improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.  The format is primarily mat work with some standing exercises. THERAPEUTIC YOGA                                                                           FEE: $125

Restorative Yoga focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures. Rest is different than sleep.  Rest provides our body the opportunity to renew, heal and restore.  There are physical and emotional benefits to this practice. The restorative effects of this form of yoga should never be overlooked no matter what age.  By using props in the postures, it allows one to feel the restorative power that will do wonders to the body. Students must bring a yoga mat, blanket (throw), hand towel and yoga strap (10 ft.), 2 yoga blocks. Eat at least 2 hours before class or have a light snack like yogurt and water. CLASSIC ZUMBA DANCE PARTY                                                    FEE: $95

Join us for a Latin dance party! Basic Latin rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Samba and Cumbia! We en- courage you to bring 1.0 lb. weights to strengthen and sculpt your muscles. Not only will you get a cardio workout, you will benefit from the stress relief that comes from dance. 15-20 minutes of Toning moves will be built in! Come and join us! Bring a water bottle and a towel. Prepare to smile, laugh and dance!  Instructor: SILVIA ACOSTA
